ABOUT
ME
I have filed resumes, sold books, written grants,
worked the grill at a snack bar, and taught students from ages 6
months to 65 years. I spent 13 years in Chicago and Philadelphia
as a teacher for first and second graders and college students.
Currently, when not chasing my own two children, I am a full-time
writer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Learn more in the Bio

GOOD NEWS
TWO OF A KIND is now available!
Notes from the Horn Book recommends TWO OF A KIND, and writes "In a thoughtful text, Jacqui Robbins conveys the hurtfulness of elementary classroom cliques; Matt Phelan’s soft watercolor illustrations add a gentle but emotionally powerful touch."
Kirkus Reviews writes that children "will nod with recognition and empathy when Anna is torn in two directions and will breathe a sigh of relief when she makes the right decision."
